IQF method (individually quickly frozen)

Quick freezing preserves the quality of the meat, as if you worked with fresh meat. Even from a large package, you can take only the amount that you need. Individually quickly frozen products – chicken breasts, chicken legs, chicken noodles made from breasts or chicken roast meat – you don’t need to defrost just put it directly in the pan or cooking pot, or roasting pan and heat the meat. A perfect chicken steak or your favourite saute will be prepared in 15 or 20 minutes.

QUICK DEEP FREEZING

Very deep freezing of the meat occurs without damaging the inner meat tissue with preservation of high product quality with small weight loss. The product preserved this way is a microbiologically stable product that preserves the original flavour, vitamins and nutritional value of the meat.

ADVICE AND ADVANTAGES OF USING OUR PRODUCTS

  • ORDER CALIBRATED PRODUCTS

    Order products that do not produce any waste (even reusable) – the so called calibrated or kitchen, or heat treated. Reduce losses and increase your savings.

  • INDIVIDUAL RANGE OF CALIBRES

    The range of calibres is based on customer’s needs. If you have any special requirements, please contact our sales representative.

  • DO NOT DEFROST IN HOT WATER

    Never defrost the products in hot or warm water. You will spoil the product! Furthermore, you increase the cost of the product by the use of hot water and sewer rates.

  • HOW TO DEFROST CORRECTLY

    Pick individual meat parts from the original package, rinse with cold water, place on the roast or on other appropriate dish in a way to let the air flow freely and to let it defrost quickly.

  • YOU DONʿT HAVE TO DEFROST THE WHOLE PACKAGE

    The way of freezing allows you to pick only the needed amount of poultry parts from the entire pack. You don’t have to defrost the whole package!

  • COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING

    Depending on the method of preparation, you can heat the rinsed meat immediately after flavouring even without prior defrosting.

  • DO NOT PREPARE BY POUNDING

    Juicy poultry parts, for their unusual delicacy (achieved by massaging and marinating) should not be pounded!

  • THE PRODUCTS DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT

    The products do not lose weight during unfreezing. It preserves its cell juice, original flavour, vitamins and nutritional value. No losses occur. It is another saving for you advance.

  • STORAGE

    The frozen meat must be heated as soon as possible. It must be stored in a cold space the entire time. Set and use the recommended temperature during heat treatment and storage.
